  2. The information collected from our secure online order form is not shared or sold in any form to third parties in ways other than disclosed in this privacy statement.
  3. The customer's contact information is used to contact you, the customer, when order information is inaccurate. Furthermore, we provide shipping information to the shipper(FedEx, UPS, USPS) you select in our shopping cart. All of our shippers are strictly prohibited from using your shipping information for any other purpose.
  4. The information collected from our Chat Feature is only used for customer service. The Chat Feature is password protected and is used by select number of employees. Personally Identifiable Information from this is private and information not used for customer service will be eliminated.
  5. All financial information that is collected is used to bill the customer for products and services.
• Also, please take note that RacquetPro is the internet business side of Dans Sports. RacquetPro and Dans Sports are the same company and all information and policies held by RacquetPro are equally held by Dans Sports. However, TRUSTe only certifies our online business practices.
• All credit card transactions are processed through our credit card processor. This third party service provider is strictly prohibited from using your personal information for any other purpose. Please be aware that when placing an order you will actually be entering your information on this third party's site for the purpose of completing the order, even though the page has the look and feel of our site.
• Furthermore, we log browsing information to better provide an interactive and secure website to our customers. The browsing information is collected via log files on our web servers. This information collected is your browser type, ip address and operating system. The log information collected is not associated nor linked to customers personal information. RacquetPro is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of the Web sites we are linked to.
• This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Our site implements Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which is an internet industry standard for providing online security.
• All our employees have reviewed and understand our Privacy Statement. Only one other employees has password authentication access to customer information to fill and verify orders.
• RacquetPro is hosted by a third party web hosting provider (www.interland.com). They provide RacquetPro with the latest in web security technology and daily backups of RacquetPro data to insure no loss of information. HostPro cannot use nor access customer information without RacquetPro's consent and is legally bound not to do so.
• Our privacy statement has not changed since it's inception of RacquetPro. If at some point in the future, there is a change to our information usage practices that affect your Personally Identifiable Information, we will notify you by email of the relevant changes if you opt-in to our notification program.
