All of our competitors offer a low price guarantee, but matching prices is simple. We do more than match authorized dealer pricing.* RacquetPro guarantees superb service, expert advice, accurate orders and professional workmanship on all racquet services by expert technicians.
RacquetPro accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Money Orders, and certified checks; Additional fees will be charged for all C.O.D. orders. PERSONAL CHECKS are not accepted by RacquetPro. Please allow 24hrs to process all orders.
Standard shipping is (no order limit) via UPS ground within the continental U.S., APO and FPO shipping will incur additional fees (no order limit). Contact us for additional shipping options (Next Day Air and Second Day Air). International customers please contact us for shipping charges.
If you are not satisfied with your RacquetPro purchase, the merchandise must be returned in "brand-new" condition in the ORIGINAL packaging within 30 days of purchase via insured parcel post, UPS or FedEx for an exchange, credit or refund. Strung racquets will incur a charge for string and labor. A Return Authorization Number must be obtained from RacquetPro before any merchandise is returned for exchange, credit, or refund. Any merchandise returned without a Return Authorization Number will be rejected. We reserve the right to refuse any return at our discretion. Shipping charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the sender. Warranties & Defective Merchandise General Warranty Strings, Grips, Bags and other Accessories all come with a manufacturers warranty guaranteeing against defects in workmanship and materials. Please consult packaging for more details.
All racquets sold by RacquetPro have a standard one-year manufacturer's warranty for defects in materials and workmanship. Warranties do not cover damages caused by abuse or negligence, for example: improper stringing, out-of-range tension settings, striking hard surfaces (ground, fences, poles, nets, self and others), being thrown, run over by any type of vehicle. Racket warranties will take approximately 4-5 weeks for the manufacturer to replace or return the defective racket. The manufacturer has the final decision regarding the replacement of the racket and not RacquetPro. Again, shipping is non-refundable and is the responsibility of the sender. Shoe Durability Warranties: Some of our manufacturers offer a "shoe durability warranty.." Customer must deal directly with the manufacturer for all shoe durability warranties.
